Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)

An important step in any conveyance is reporting to HMRC in respect of Stamp Duty payable. In order to meet our obligation on behalf of our clients we have created a system which not only prepares the required SDLT submission form but also submits it directly and securely encrypted to HMRC. Clients can then be readily reassured as to payment since the HMRC system in turn confirms receipt. All completed within a matter of seconds. When dealt with in the traditional manner the physical forms can take weeks to be processed

We want our clients to see exactly what happens during their transaction and we provide them with online (real time) secure access to their file through the secure portal on our website. Our client's can also grant consent to their estate agent should they wish.
